Aurion Resources Limited is a Canadian precious metals exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V:"AU"). We are a prospect generator currently exploring in Western North America, including Nevada, and BC, and to a lesser extent Meixco.

Our strategy is to systematically and methodically generate or acquire high-quality, early-stage precious metal exploration opportunities that can ultimately be advanced primarily through joint venture partnerships. Basically we will take these projects to the drilling stage or high price point of exploration where our partners then come in and essentially do the heavy lifting. This business model allows us to create opportunities while preserving as much and as long as possible our precious capital while at the same time protecting the capital structure of the company.

Our experienced management team has a proven track record of finding and developing early stage exploration opportunities and creating value through business partnerships and joint ventures with many of the industry's leading mining companies.

We currently have 3 operating joint ventures, including two in Nevada and one in BC. We are constantly looking for new opportunities.

Our mission is to maximize shareholder value through Joint Venture partnerships, to operate in a manner which promotes social and economic development of local communities and stakeholders and to protect the environment by employing the industry's best practices.

Aurion is well funded with approximately $3.4 million cash, a tightly controlled share structure and 38,125,641 shares issued and outstanding and operates with a very low burn rate.
